GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ California Highway Patrol reported that U.S. 395 southbound is closed from the Nevada state line + to State Route 70 at Hallelujah Junction. Motorists should use alternate routes. KTVN
- ➤ Northbound US 395 reopened after several hours of closure, officials reported. Southbound remains closed near the state line, and drivers are advised to use alternate routes until it reopens. KTVN
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Nevada Humane Society will host a free spay and neuter clinic for Washoe County pets this weekend — contact the society for location details. KTVN
