- ➤ Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue will start the season with a weekend Black Friday toy collection at the Walmart Supercenter on November 29 & 30 and a holiday parade led by firefighters with Santa from December 11 to 15 to collect new toys for children in need. People can drop off toys at parade stops, TMFR stations, or the fire district headquarters to benefit local charities including Renown Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. KTVN
