  • ➤ Bears were caught on camera at Caughlin Ranch on November 20—residents are advised to put away items that could attract them.  KTVN

  • ➤ The Bureau of Land Management said Christmas tree permits will be for sale starting on Monday+ local buyers can secure the permits to plan their holiday tree purchase.  KTVN

SPORTS NEWS

  • ➤ Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is opening today for the 2025-26 winter season with early season conditions and ongoing snowmaking—lift operations on intermediate trails run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. while beginner terrain and park features will open soon.  KTVN
