The parents of 12-year-old Kellen Schatz, who died after repeated bullying at Shaw Middle and an 8-minute delay in a 911 call, filed a lawsuit against WCSD and Sparks police—alleging that school officials concealed incidents of bullying and delayed response left Kellen unprotected.
