  • Higher Elevation Music held its final classical music concerts in northern Nevada on September 28—closing a series of performances that brought live classical sounds to the region over the past couple of days.  KTVN
  • Northern Nevada has a busy week of community events from Sept. 29 to Oct. 5—Sparks hosts a haunted attraction at The Final Hour on Deming Way and a zombie paintball maze at Andelin Family Farm, while nearby Reno presents a live 'Dracula, a Comedy of Terrors' show along with sports contests and outdoor festivals amid early week rain chances.  Reno Gazette-Journal
