Good morning, Sparks.

On Memorial Day, the local Wear Blue Reno-Sparks chapter ran from South Reno to the Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza to honor veterans killed in action — organizers remembered local service members by naming those who died and supporting their families.

Participants ran about 10 miles and the chapter holds circles of remembrance on the first Saturday each month.
