- ➤ TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada will stage 'Bridge to Terabithia' at its Spokane Street stage from April 18 through 27—based on Katherine Paterson's novel. The play offers both matinee and evening performances with tickets at $15 for adults and $13 for students, seniors and military. KTVN

- ➤ Jake Reno offered tips for filing taxes on time in an article published April 13th; tax day is quickly approaching and Sparks residents are urged to review his guidance to avoid missing the deadline. KTVN
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The Nevada Wolf Pack rallied on Sunday afternoon to beat San José State 12-2 in a seven-inning game at Don Weir Field at Peccole Park after trailing 2-0 for three innings. The team stole a season-high seven bases and will close its home stand today at 3:05 p.m. against San Francisco. KTVN
- ➤ The Reno Aces defeated the Salt Lake Bees 6-1 on Sunday—home runs by Jordan Lawlar and A.J. Vukovich helped split the series at The Ballpark at America First Square. The team will host the Round Rock Express at Greater Nevada Field on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. KTVN
- ➤ Special Olympics of Northern Nevada and Dolan Auto Group are hosting the 3rd annual Unified Mayhem Basketball Tournament in Reno. Middle school athletes will play on April 16 and high school athletes will follow on April 17 at Swift Sportsdome from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. KTVN
