EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ More than 180 students from health programs, including those from Truckee Meadows Community College, will participate next week in a simulated 6.9 earthquake disaster response at the University of Nevada, Reno. The exercise will test their teamwork and decision-making for future health care careers. KTVN
- ➤ A therapeutic horseback riding program launched at Marvin Picollo School on Apr. 10 following a donation from Reno Rodeo (supporting student well-being). The initiative offers hands-on therapy with horses for enhanced student engagement. KTVN
