- ➤ The Nevada State Police Academy celebrated its 106th graduating class on Thursday when 20 cadets completed a 25-week training program that began in Oct. 2025. Officials said the rigorous selection process, which includes multiple tests, ensures only the most qualified join the force. KTVN
- ➤ On Thursday, the Reno Fire Department unveiled its 2025 annual report showing 57,000 calls and 264 investigations, and announced a new partnership with Reno-Tahoe International that added 24 firefighters in October 2025.
