- ➤ Nevada’s first female lieutenant governor, Sue Wagner, died at 86, and Governor Joe Lombardo ordered flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in her honor. She broke barriers during decades of service in the Legislature as lieutenant governor and on the Gaming Commission. News4
