- ➤ Proposals are underway to ease traffic near USA Parkway and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. Elon Musk’s Boring Company is studying a tunnel to the Gigafactory, while NDOT plans a widening project starting late 2027 — other ideas include rail improvements and a new road from Spanish Springs.
