- ➤ County staff will host a meeting at the Spanish Springs Library Washoe Room in Sparks on Tuesday, Jan. 27 to explain feedback from earlier outreach and discuss proposed changes to the Equine Business Code. Residents can sign up for email alerts to stay informed. KTVN
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ City officials say a proposal to convert part of the Red Hawk Golf Course's Lakes Course into housing is in early stages. The Wingfield Nevada Group will soon file an application to add 764 units (pending council review), raising concerns over open space, water supply, traffic and wastewater capacity. News4
